  1. This is a great video guys. I know it's long but please, please take the time to watch it. I believe it is a video that will change how you view leadership and how people are motivated. Simon Sinek talks about how people inspire action; specifically leaders. It's amazing to see how you can apply this to teams and organizations. The examples of Apple, the Wright Brothers, and Martin Luther King are great historic and current evidence of how leaders inspire action. After watching this video I would challenge you all to ask yourself a couple questions: Where do I fit in this example? How does my organization or team ACT with what Simon is saying? And what is YOUR passion...what do YOU believe and how do you motivate others on teams?
Overall, a great video and something you can learn a lot from!

  2. Great video Blake! I loved how you could relate what Simon was talking about to very successful companies like Apple. Getting employees to do a task is one of the hardest things to accomplish as a leader and having Simon break it down for us is really beneficial.

  4. I agree with you Blake when you say this video can change the way you view leadership and how people are motivated. I know I thought the other way of doing things. Simon Sinek did a great job breaking down why apple, the Wright Brothers, and Martin Luther were and are so successful in what they do.
