Google has the ability to attract and retain its employees more effectively than many other organizations in its industry. They demonstrate the amount of care they have for their employees by offering benefits that are specifically catered to the employee, rather than providing a compilation of only a few benefits for the entire organization. They also increase motivation and job satisfaction for the employee because they provide a family with benefits ($500 maternity leave), not just the employee. If more organizations could acquire some of the capabilities as Google, they would be able to successfully manage their turnover more efficiently.
