Kannappan can increasing employee motivation and satisfaction exponentially if he continues to discuss matters with all of his employees. If any CEO were to talk with employees of the lowest rank and get there ideas of what can be improved on, it could demonstrate to the employees that they are important to the company. It would be more motivating than having a supervisor or manager discuss these matters with you. I've never seen the CEO that I work for (Goodwill Industries of Central Illinois). Being able to discuss issues or concerns with your CEO can relieve alot of stress that employees may have. Nevertheless, knowing that your CEO is willing to work with all employees, regardless of seniority or rank, can really tell alot of about the person or even the organization.
