CSI Normal

The roles that I saw my teammates play in the CSI Normal class activity were completer and contractor. Avery, Nick, Zach and I were all playing the role of the completer because we were all trying to gather needed background information to find out who the killer was. I also felt that Blake played the role of the contractor because he was the only one of our group members that set up a time line from the sheet he read.

I feel that our five team members could have all taken on one role and we would have been able to solve the murder faster. The five roles we could have played were the completer, contractor, coordinator, calibrator, and communicator. The reason why I feel that the coordinator role is important is because he would have been able to makes sure all of our efforts would have been in line with the other individuals, the reason why I feel the calibrator role is important is because he would have been able to suggest idea's that nobody was thinking out saying, the reason why I feel the communicator role is important is because he would have been able to listen to what everybody was saying and eliminate suspects.

I feel that our group is in the preforming stage. I feel that our group has a shared vision and and that we have shared unity when it comes to getting our tasks done. On all the tasks that our group faces we work together to get it done.
